PR Army’s Dmytro Raiskyi spoke at NATO

Dmytro participated as a speaker at the closed roundtable on Russia’s illicit information operations outside the Western Information Environment. As Russia and other malign actors infiltrate and attempt to dominate the information space beyond the Western Environment, the PR Army is designing tailored counter-influence campaigns, collaborating with diverse actors and experts to co-create and execute them.
