PR Army's Advocacy Manager, Dmytro Raiskyi delivered a public speech at Måndagsrörelsen in the heart of Stockholm. Together with Aron Emilsson, the chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Swedish Parliament, Romina Pourmokhtari, Sweden's Minister for Climate and the Environment, Andrii Plakhotniuk Ukraine's Ambassador to Sweden, Dmytro amplified Ukraine's voice and articulated the country's security needs.
Dmytro spoke about the organisation's efforts to bring back Ukrainian citizens who have been forcibly deported to Russia and Belarus. He conveyed a straightforward message that he urged everyone to remember: Ukraine can only return all of its kidnapped children by winning the war. Every day, Ukrainian children are being kidnapped, subjected to forced adoption, and involuntarily placed in military camps, religious schools, and so-called "psychiatric" or "special care" facilities by Russia. Dmytro called on Sweden to use its position on the international stage to advocate for broadening sanctions regimes against Russia and all its citizens complicit in the deportations.
