PR Army’s Advocacy Manager Dmytro Raiskyi gave a lecture to students of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) on designing and executing high-impact policy advocacy and lobbying campaigns in the EU that result in real policy, legislative and regulatory changes. He shared the PR Army’s expertise in architecting powerful strategic communications and public diplomacy work in the EU promoting Ukraine’s interests. Dmytro discussed with students the errors stemming from miscommunication in anticipating risks and how to effectively convey messages that can bring about change.
Dmytro shared the strategies employed by the PR Army to counteract illicit influences within the EU. Malicious actors continuously attempt to undermine democracy in the EU by utilising both legal and illegal tools in their influence operations.
